What are you looking for?
Depending on your needs and circumstances will determine which route to take, if you’re unsure on which option is best for you then book a free consultation to help steer you in the right direction.
Online coaching will work for the following people
Busy schedule and/or travelling but will always find time to train
Already has experience with training and would like a tailored plan
Can’t afford 1-2-1 personal training
Can’t access a personal trainer due to distance/location
Wants the accountability of a personal trainer
Prior to your bespoke online plan, a zoom call will be arranged to learn more about your goals, how the app would work and answer any further queries
online coaching.
Face to Face
1-2-1 personal training sessions will take place at the location stated and/or confirmed with you and the trainer.
Prior to your first committed session you would need to complete a Needs Analysis Form and PAR-Q Medical Form, once completed, you’ll then need to book a 1hr PT trial session (50% of the normal rate) which includes a 30min Movement Analysis session.
This will allow the trainer to further learn how your body moves mechanically plus it will highlight any noticeable weaknesses which may need to be addressed when you embark on your journey.

Personal Training options
Monthly
You’ll receive a certain amount of credits depending on your plan, you can use these credits as guided or however you wish within any given month.
PAYG Personal Training Blocks
Pay As You Go - Exactly as it says on the tin. Pay a one-off fee for your chosen block of sessions which can be used however you please. 5 block,10 block and 20 block sessions available.
Online Coaching
Get a progressive and tailored plan completely bespoke to you with bi-weekly and monthly check-ins alongside nutritional guidance to help further optimise your journey.
